Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use such material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your jurisdiction, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents material facts in a notification of infringement or counter-notification may be subject to liability.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
